Refresh.app only collects reservation details to streamline your hotel check-in and seek your feedback after your stay. We follow the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and will never share or sell your details without your permission. Our reservation process follows the highest standards (ISO/IEC 27001:2022).
Hotel guests are required to check-in at hotels and this check-in process establishes a contract between the guest and the hotel (not Refresh).
If you need to change your arrival time or cancel your reservation, this must be done in the Refresh app no later than the end of your reservation timeframe (e.g. for 9 AM to 11 AM this would be 11 AM). If you make a reservation but fail to check-in at the hotel, you will forfeit your $10 non-refundable reservation fee to Refresh and this will affect your ability to make future reservations.
Reservations are subject to availability and guests require an email/text message confirmation from Refresh before they may check-in.
The hotel has the right to decline a guest reservation at any time. If this occurs, Refresh will refund your $10 reservation fee and you may be able to reserve an alternate hotel.
Guests are required to follow hotel rules, including minimum age requirements, providing the hotel with ID (a Passport or U.S. drivers license) and a physical credit card for payment and any deposit on check-in.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. a family room reserved), a maximum of two people are included.
The room will only be available during the reserved timeframe (e.g. 1 PM to 3 PM). Guests must check-out before the time expires (e.g. 3 PM), or the hotel may charge the overnight room rate.
